It is also rich in resistant starch – a prebiotic fiber that supports a healthy immune system and aids digestion
It is 100% natural and free of additives and preservatives. It is ideal from age 6 months and also works great for adults.
How to Use: Add to breakfast cereals and smoothies. It does not dissolve completely like regular milk powder in tea as a result of the fiber content.
