I am Modupeoreoluwa Ayeni, a Healthy Food and Living Enthusiast.
KITCHENPLUS_REALFOOD was set up out of my personal experience as someone who struggled for years with getting the right food suited to my health challenge.
Back then, I used to ship in a lot of wholefoods from the UK, until I began researching into the nutritional values of our local produce as a cheaper alternative.
I discovered that we actually have a lot of naturally high nutrition food, herbs and spices that can help us heal and regain our health.
